- Add Edit icon to PairDetailScreen top bar
- Wire onEdit callback through NavGraph to AddPairScreen with pairId
- Manual "Sync now" (home card + detail screen) now ignores wifiOnly
and chargingOnly constraints so it runs immediately on tap
