In Add Sync, toggle "Back up multiple folders", pick several folders + one remote base, and each folder is saved as its own subfolder under that base (no filename collisions). Also: a brand-new pair pointing at a not-yet-created remote folder now syncs cleanly on the first run instead of failing.
