  Fix ON_CHANGE watcher not starting for existing pairs\n\n- FileWatchService now starts on every app launch if ON_CHANGE pairs exist\n- Previously only started on device boot or pair toggle — existing pairs silently never watched\n- About screen shows Version X.Y.Z (build N), auto-updated on every release
