Changes\n- Fix notifications on Android 13+/16 (POST_NOTIFICATIONS runtime permission)\n- Add global activity Log tab showing all sync events across all pairs\n- Fix ON_CHANGE folder detection: SAF tree URIs now resolved to real filesystem paths so FileObserver can watch them (ContentObserver was only firing for SAF-API writes)\n- Android 16 foreground service compatibility (shortService type)\n- Notification channels registered eagerly at app startup
