Icon redesign\nInspired by the braided knot color palette:\n- Arc 1 (left): coral #E8665A fading to orange #E8A040\n- Arc 2 (right): steel blue #4A7FD4 fading to deep purple #7B5EA7\n- Thin inner highlight on each arc for a glossy 3D tube look\n- Dark purple-black background\n\n### Fix: media not found when opening photos\n- ClipData now set alongside FLAG_GRANT_READ_URI_PERMISSION so the permission propagates through the system chooser to the chosen app\n- MediaScannerConnection.scanFile() called before opening any file so gallery apps (Google Photos, Samsung Gallery, etc.) have the file indexed in MediaStore
