Bug fixes\n- Sync loop fixed: SyncEngine now auto-detects stale folder state records and wipes them when the local path changes — stops repeated "deleting 32 files" on every sync\n- FileWatchService cooldown: FileObserver events are suppressed for 120s after sync starts and 60s after it completes, breaking the download → FileObserver → sync feedback loop\n- Phantom change detection fixed: mtime comparison now uses second-precision on both sides to match WebDAV RFC-1123 and FAT32 resolution\n\n### Icon\n- Redesigned: three bold teardrop shapes (teal / red / amber) rotated 0°/120°/240° on dark charcoal background with white cloud at center
